Operation Technician—Employees will perform general production duties in a food-manufacturing environment and will work within strict product standards. Operation Technicians must be willing to work 12 hour shifts; 3a-3p or 3p-3a; rotating days and weekends. Positions vary depending upon departmental needs. Maintenance Technician—Responsible for all production equipment to make all adjustments, repairs, and perform rou tine maintenance on the line(s). Senior Analyst, Finance—Under the leadership of the Kirksville Plant Controller, this position leads the financial planning and reporting processes for one of the operating units at the plant and is responsible for maintaining the integrity of all financial policies, maintaining internal controls, establishing operating budgets, and accurately forecasting and reporting financial performance.
Maintenance Supervisor— will assist with all maintenance activities to ensure maximum operational potential is realized for the entire plant operation. This includes all functions in the areas of Maintenance Business Management, Maintenance Materials Inventory (MRO), Maintenance Recruit to Retire, Manufacturing Process Reliability and Equipment Reliability, e.g. departmental budgets, computerized maintenance management systems, preventive/predictive and corrective maintenance programs. Also, Technical Skills Management of electrical, electronics, controls programming, mechanical systems (process equipment, packaging equipment), waste treatment, stockroom, building and grounds, utilities systems including but not limited to boiler and ammonia refrigeration. Assistance with the development, coordination and execution of maintenance related capital budget items in concert with engineering.

Promotes sound employee & labor relations within the department by developing and maintaining an effective organization with qualified personnel. Develops, promotes, and supports continuous improve ment and other cross-functional initiatives.
CI Manager—will provide a full range of productivity services to Operations and direct cost reduction programs for the facility including leading lean events, implementing Manufacturing Operating Systems (MOS) throughout the facility, de veloping and measuring facility systems and developing and delivering continuous improvement training programs for the facility. Direction in disciplines of best business practices including, but not limited to, yield improvement, manpower utilization, overhead spend, capital utilization, indirect spend, plant utilization and efficiency, working capital both raw material and finished goods. Key incumbent will act as a coach for the KHGPS, Site Steering Committee helping to imple ment KHGPS.
Sanitation Manager—is responsible for leading the implementation of the Kraft Heinz Sanitation Program throughout the manufacturing plant. This position is the technical liaison between the plant, Headquarters, sanitation chemical company, and third party sanitation provider (where applicable).
